I myself, upload my own work, if not for the thumbnail problem on Mini Tokyo at the moment, you might have been able to view them. But t's not thier fault, in which they are attempting to fix the minor problem. As far as the layout on my user page, That was done on Photo Shop and cut into 7 slices and uploaded as so onto Mini Tokyo, this option for all users is in the "Customizing UserPage: Layout" link on the upper left.
